► A woman panics and hyperventilates when trapped in a room. A young woman breaks several CCTV cameras in a room while yelling and screaming in anger. Several people put their hands on a block of ice trying to melt it. A man and a woman slam a block of ice on the ground trying to break it to reach a key inside.
A young woman reaches into a stuffed polar bear's mouth and pulls out a magnet. Several people are trapped in a frozen setting where one man bumps into a forcefield of some sort and vents in a wall open and spray out frigid air. A man breaks through a hole in ice and hurts his leg (he limps and yells). ► A piece of the floor of a room breaks away and falls nearly taking a man with it (this happens a few times). People run across ice as it explodes and they jump through a door to a room that is upside down.

A man falls through a ceiling and into a room where he scrambles to find a code that will open a door (we see this twice and he has blood on his face) when he fails to enter the right code, the walls close in on him and we hear crunching as he screams and a hatch eventually pops open before he is crushed. A young woman climbs around a thin ledge and up a wall to a book rack the wall begins to pull away from the wall as the young woman and two others cling to it and the young woman falls to a floorboard below (she is knocked out briefly and flashes back to a plane crash, where she sees her mother dead). ► A young woman turns a knob and heating coils all around a room glow red as if it's an oven and flames shoot down from the ceiling and the room bursts into flames before the people in the room manage to get out by crawling through ducts (no one is harmed). A young woman beats two people with an IV stand and they fall to the floor (it's not clear if they are dead). Two men get something on their hands that causes them to hallucinate one man finds a hypodermic needle containing an antidote and the two men fight over it, leaving one man dead (we see blood on his head and blood in his mouth. Gas is sprayed into a room and a young woman is overcome she gasps and foams at the mouth, and then falls still on the floor. A man uses defibrillator paddles on another man and he falls back onto an exam table thrashing and when he is shocked again he dies. A woman climbs across an upside down pool table hand-over-hand, falls to a piece of floorboard that breaks away under her feet, she grabs onto a telephone receiver and dangles before it breaks and she falls out of sight (we hear a thud).
A young man breaks through ice and falls under the surface we see him moving under the ice as people on the surface try to break the ice to pull him out until he eventually floats motionless, implying that he is dead. ► A young woman shoots a man in the back twice (we do not see blood). Paintings on a wall in a room illustrate people dead or dying one depicts a man holding another man's severed head (we see blood at the neck) and another shows a man in an operating theater.
A woman flashes back to a war scene where explosions and gunfire sound around her and we see a few dead bodies on the ground with bloody wounds. A man wraps a cord around another man's neck and pulls it to strangle him he holds him off the ground and the second man stabs him with a spike that he pulls out of his own leg. A man holds a gun to a young woman's head, another man hits the gunman in the head with a bottle, and shoots him man twice (we see him dead with bloody wounds and blood pools under him).
